On Saturday, April 18th, the Elder Panthers defeated Lakota West 4-0 at Great American Ball Park during the “Big League Weekend”.  Congratulations, gentlemen!


Take part in the tradition known locally as “Praying the Steps” on Good Friday at Holy Cross - Immaculata Church in Mt. Adams.  Join members of the Elder community and many others on April 3rd at 8 am on the steps leading to Holy Cross-Immaculata Church, 30 Guido Street – Cincinnati, OH 45202.  Wear your purple and bring your family and friends.

Congratulations to Elder Senior Drew Lammers II!  Drew recently received the Bill and Wanda Baker Scholarship at the NDA (National Demolition Association) Convention and Expo.  Click here to view Drew's acceptance speech.  Congratulations. Drew!
Shane Smith '15 is in the running for this week's LaRosa's MVP of the Week.  Shane is a senior baseball all-star on the mound with a 7-1 record with 46 strikeouts in 50 innings last season. He had a 0.56 ERA and hit .358 with 29 hits. He was named GCL South Co-Player of the Year and 1st team all-city. He will play collegiately at Miami University.  Click here to vote for Shane.

Elder Senior Jacob Humphrey has been honored for his exemplary volunteer service with a President’s Volunteer Service Award.  The award, which recognizes Americans of all ages who have volunteered significant amounts of their time to serve their communities and their country, was granted by The Prudential Spirit of Community Awards program on behalf of President Barack Obama. Elder High School nominated Jacob for national honors this fall in recognition of his volunteer service.  Click heading above to read more,
