Outright gifts:
• Cash
• Securities
• Real property/real estate
• In-kind:  materials/labor/furnishing

Insurance Policies (Whole Life):
• Paid up policies
• Elder named as beneficiary and owner

Bequests:
• Donor can gift specific amount of cash, specific property, percentage or estate or residue or estate through a Will or Trust.

Life Income Gifts:
• Annuities
• Charitable Trusts (Remainder Annuity and Remainder Unitrusts, Lead Trusts)
