4th Annual Family Rosary Rally

A special celebration was held Sunday, May 17th, 2009 in the Elder High School Stadium.  The event consisted of music, recitation of the Rosary and benediction of the Blessed Sacrament.  Participants included local priests, deacons, first communicants, Boy Scouts, Knights of Columbus, The Blue Army, Legion of Mary, and the Ancient Order of Hibernians.

This year the Rosary Rally will be held on Sunday, May 16, 2010.

Activities

Daily Eucharist
Students, faculty and staff are invited to attend communion services in Elder’s St. Henry Chapel, held every school day prior to each lunch period. 

Cell Bloc
Cell Bloc is a group comprised of both students and faculty; we come together and apply the scriptures to our everyday life experiences.  All students are welcome to attend the morning meetings, participate in the lively conversation and enjoy a light breakfast.  Cell Block meets Thursday mornings at 7:15 in room 303. 

Key Club
The Key Club is a service club at Elder sponsored by the local Price Hill- Western Hills Kiwanis organization and is actively involved throughout the year in the following organizations:
 

• OTRCH (Over-the-Rhine Community Housing)
• PWC (People Working Cooperatively)
• IMAGO
• Price Hill Will
• Women’s Connection
• St. Vincent DePaul
• Price Hill Historical
• Santa Maria
• Bayley Place

The Key Club also collaborates with the student council to plan and organize the Christmas Can Food and Toy Drive every year.
