Elder’s Spiritual Boosters developed in 2004 with the purpose of gathering alumni and friends of Elder to support the spiritual life of the school.  With the overwhelming success boosters had in athletics, it made perfect sense to have such an organization in our campus ministry. 

Many boosters find comfort in Bible study groups while others participate as guest speakers in the classroom. Moreover, the primary focus of the boosters is to assist in the freshmen group experience and the growth of male spirituality.   The freshmen group experience, held each spring, focuses on the students' personal image of God.  The boosters organize and assist in the events of the day.  They also engage fathers of students to help them take an active role in their sons' faith through the study of Fr. Rohr’s work in male spiritual initiation.
