The Elder Art Department wishes to represent the heart of Elder High School -- one of service and giving! Our 100th Anniversary Exhibition will include many artworks available for purchase with a minimum of 50% of the proceeds going to Visionaries and Voices, an incredible art non-profit dedicated to providing creative, professional, and educational opportunities to adults with disabilities throughout Cincinnati. Imagine, a masterpiece on your wall that will leave a positive mark in the world!

Elder has inspired and nurtured thousands of performing and visual artists, many of whom have gone on to storied careers in the arts - locally, nationally and internationally. Celebrate these artists during Arts Homecoming Weekend from September 9-11 with special events planned to highlight all the disciplines under Elder’s Arts programs.

- SEPTEMBER 9: Elder Glee Club and Alumni concerts in Washington Park and historic Memorial Hall in Over the Rhine - tickets required for Memorial Hall concert
- SETPEMBER 10: Music Fest at Jim & Jack's on the River - local bands featuring Elder alumni (12:00-5:30 P.M.)
- SEPTEMBER 10: Band Booster reunion, Alumni Steel Band performance in the Schaeper Center, and current and former Elder Band and Guard performance in The Pit (4:30-8:00 P.M.)
- SEPTEMBER 10: "BONANZA! The Spirit of an Era" Art Exhibition opening reception at Elevar Design Group Gallery (3:00-6:00 P.M.)
- SEPTEMBER 11: The weekend culminates with a special mass celebrating Elder Arts at St. William Church followed by a brunch reception (more info coming soon)
