  • 5:30 P.M. Meet and Greet in Washington Park (1230 Elm Street - map it) for Elder Glee Club Alumni and Friends -- Beverages and food available for purchase.
  • 6:30 P.M. Free concert in Washington Park featuring current Elder Glee Club Ensemble and Alumni -- Alumni Glee Club members are welcome to join in for this sing-a-long style show or just attend with family and friends to enjoy the show.
  • 8:00 P.M. Concert in Memorial Hall (1225 Elm Street - map it) featuring Elder Glee Club Alumni who are professionally performing or actively working in the Arts - TICKETS REQUIRED - Click here to purchase

ABOUT ARTS HOMECOMING WEEKEND

Elder has inspired and nurtured thousands of performing and visual artists, many of whom have gone on to storied careers in the arts - locally, nationally and internationally. Celebrate these artists during Arts Homecoming Weekend from September 9-11 with special events planned to highlight all the disciplines under Elder’s Arts programs.

  • SEPTEMBER 10: Band Booster reunion, Alumni Steel Band performance in the Schaeper Center, and current and former Elder Band and Guard performance in The Pit (4:30-8:00 P.M.)
  • SEPTEMBER 10: "BONANZA! The Spirit of an Era" Art Exhibition opening reception at Elevar Design Group Gallery (3:00-6:00 P.M.)
  • SEPTEMBER 11: The weekend culminates with a special mass celebrating Elder Arts at St. William Church followed by a brunch reception (more info coming soon)
  • SEPTEMBER 12-23: "BONANZA! The Spirit of an Era" Art Exhibition show dates (Mon-Fri, 12:00-4:00 P.M.
