The Elder News Network (ENN), has been the primary streaming service for Elder High School since 2003.
ENN is 100% student-run. Teachers and staff members help the students, but all productions are 100% student-run! ENN students can take classes to learn their trade; however, there is also a club option for students who aren't taking the classes but still want to be involved. ENN covers Elder Athletics and other school events going on around Elder in many different forms. From live broadcasting and capturing video to make highlight reels, to interviewing students, staff, and alumni of Elder...ENN is there!
ENN has won two
Ohio Valley Emmys for its work. The first in 2023, was ENN's broadcast of the Elder vs. Moeller basketball game. Greg Carlton '23, Will Summers '23, and Collin Carrithers '23 were the students who won this award. This production ended up in the top five in the nation for high school broadcasts! The second Emmy came in 2024 from Sam Jones '24 and his Elder Football postseason hype video.
ENN has graduated students who go on to college to study media/sports production. Our grads have worked for many different teams and stations, including; ESPN, FOX, CBS, NBC, Bengals, Reds, FC Cincinnati, UC, FOX 19, LOCAL 12, WCPO, WLWT, and many, many more!

In 2020, renovations were made to add a studio and control room in the Rev. Jerome A. Schaeper Center on Elder's main campus. The control room is state-of-the-art. Thanks to fiber running throughout campus, we can feed our cameras and audio feeds from The Pit, our Memorial Fieldhouse, the Wrestling/Volleyball Gym, and the Panther Athletic Complex!
In 2024, FOX19 reached out to ENN about simulcasting Elder football and basketball games on its 19.3 station. Students are now working on broadcasts that air regionally on cable television!
