Application for Transcript of Credits

Graduates and former students of Elder High School may request an official Transcript of Credits either through Elder's main office or pay online with a credit card by clicking on "Proceed With Online Request" below. Those who wish to pay by check either in-person or through the mail should instead follow the instructions found at the bottom of this page.

PLEASE NOTE: Students who are currently enrolled at Elder should request their Transcript of Credits through their Naviance account or see their Guidance Counselor for assistance.

Before proceeding, please also note the following:

  • Please order your Transcript of Credits at least one week in advance to allow time for processing;

  • A $6.00 processing fee is due for each Transcript of Credits requested;

  • A Transcript of Credits will only be issued if all financial obligations to Elder High School have been satisfied.



To Pay by Check:

  1. Click on the link below to download and print form;
  2. Fill out one form for each Transcript of Credits you are requesting;
  3. Make check payable to Elder High School (each Transcript costs $6.00 to process);
  4. Drop off check and completed form(s) to the main office or mail to:
