Mark Tedesco

Mark Tedesco grew up in an Elder family.  His father, uncles, and cousins all attended Elder.  Mark could not wait to participate in Elder football and become part of the Elder community.  After graduating from Our Lady of Victory in 1975, Mark entered Elder as a freshman and on December 26th that same year, he suffered a cerebral hemorrhage.  He remained in a comatose state for 9 ½ years and passed away in 1985 at the age of 24.  Though Mark’s dream was short-lived, he will always be a “man” of Elder.  He loved and respected Elder’s principles and teachings.  Mark would be so proud to give another boy the chance to experience the same through his scholarship.
